Fractional CMO

An AM Strategist led the Selery marketing function in a fractional role. That allowed the client to have a seasoned leader overseeing all marketing initiatives, staff, and activities. The Fractional CMO met with the client leadership team and ensured marketing strategy and efforts were aligned with company goals, objectives, and budgets.

Branding

Through our signature OVRFLO purpose activation process, we worked closely with Selery’s leadership to identify their core belief and purpose. Selery believes that more people thrive when businesses grow and is on a mission to help more businesses scale successfully.  Their tagline – “You sell it. We handle the rest.” – embodies that belief well. Digging deeper, we uncovered their three core principles: Serve. Simplify. Scale. Giving vocabulary to their personalized service, simple business operations, and passion to see businesses grow. Their new logo highlights both the simplicity provided through their service and the care taken to protect businesses and their products while shipping.

The strategy for Selery targeted both B2B and B2C audiences by solving pain points related to shipping and business operations. Bringing purposeful messaging to an audience traditionally known for its transactional nature must be done with intentionality and balance. Top-of-funnel channels for this strategy included trade shows, prospect contact data, intent data, email automation, social media posts/ads, and more.

Selery’s new website has a refreshing look, with realistic photography and vibrant colors. It was critical to answer the questions business owners seek on every page. The quality of design stands out among its competitors and provides business owners with the information they need to improve their business operations.
