Brighter Lives

For over 40 years, Vista Manufacturing has delivered exceptional lighting and plastics solutions across multiple industries. From production to delivery to installation, they know what it takes to get the job done right.


Vista, like many of our wonderful clients, is a second-generation, family-owned, faith-based company. The company has been growing rapidly recently and the leadership was looking for a marketing partner like AM to help continue and expand that rise. They were inspired by our purpose-powered approach and wanted to see their purpose come to the forefront of their branding as well.

Through our Ovrflo process, we helped align their people impact with their product impact. Great lighting helps create great experiences for everyone. The modern advancements in LED lighting make so many fun lighting solutions possible so we wanted that vibrancy in our solution for them as well.

With that strategy in place, we created their new purpose messaging, tagline, and creative direction. The tagline ‘Brighter Lives’ is the perfect dual-meaning phrase to start every internal and external conversation with. The visuals show people engaged in a life that is brightened by the light in and around them.

The client wanted to keep their existing logo, and we were able to seamlessly integrate our new color palette, typography, and imagery styles with it.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

The marketing strategy, as always, began with understanding their current revenue goals, average customer transaction value, and close ratio. We also identified their ideal customer profile and target industries to form a realistic plan.

Account-based marketing was the right approach for this B2B manufacturing audience. It allowed us to align sales and marketing teams to identify prospective accounts and map individual workflows for each target industry. We then built the foundational marketing systems and tools and continued adding content and campaigns for each audience. Channels included website, social media posts and ads, email, trade events, and rep groups.

Product Guides & Collateral

AM applied the new design direction to the client’s many product specification guides and other print collateral. Keeping these spec guides current is critical to the buying process for their audience. Having one-sheets and brochures that are easy to hand to prospects or email helps engineers identify which products are a good fit for their manufacturing process.

Website Design & Development

The Vista website is an important part of their sales and recruiting processes. The new purpose-led messaging helps prospective customers and employees learn about Vista’s rich history and what sets them apart. The vibrant visuals bring energy and a human element to a field that is typically pretty mundane.

From any device, the site looks and works great, delivering an easy-to-navigate user experience to all audiences.  The products gallery is a great showcase of their vast product lineup and is easy to update and maintain via the WordPress backend. The new site was an immediate upgrade over the previous site, and instantly added relevancy and credibility to the brand.
